Dan’s deer processing and beef jerky processing plant in Weatherford, Texas is the best you’ll ever find! Our deer and wild game hunters LOVE the way their meat is prepared by us.

At our deer processing plant, we love hearing all the stories that the deer hunters share. We get deer processing orders from Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Montana, and Alaska. We get white-tail, mule deer, elk, and lots of exotic deer. We get lots of Texas hogs.

With deer processing, we offer 3 flavors of jerky, (Original, Peppered and Extreme), German Sausage, Summer Sausage, Hot-Links, Breakfast Sausage, Bacon Burger, Snack Sticks, German Sausage with Cheese and Jalapenos, Summer Sausage with Cheese and Jalapenos, Hot-Links with Cheese and Jalapenos.

 Our Basic Deer Processing Package includes Steaks, Tenderized Steaks, Roast and Hamburger.

Every deer is hand cut, one at a time. Each person’s deer is special and treated as such.

We do deer processing and wild game processing.

That means that hunters bring in their deer, or wild game to us, and we prepare it in a flavorful tasty way that the entire family can enjoy eating.

From Weatherford Courthouse, go North on North Main (Hwy. 51) to the 2nd red light.

Turn left on 4th Street.

Go to the 2nd red light and turn right on Zion Hill Road.

Go 6 miles to Harwell Lake Road.

Turn left ¼ mile, we are the 2nd place on the left.

Look for the big blue building.

When are we open for Deer Season?

We have 24 hour deer drop off.

We have pick up Monday-Friday 8-6 and Saturday’s 8-noon.

When does deer season start for us?

We start deer processing for the hunters in October for BOW Season, and then we have YOUTH Season, the weekend before REGULAR Season. Following YOUTH Season is REGULAR Season. REGUALR Season starts the first weekend of November. REGULAR Season then goes until January 1.

Here, in Texas, Parker County, we have an EXTENDED Season for two weeks, which is Spike and Doe only. That is the first two weeks of January.

    The deer sticks and deer jerky is the best I’ve ever tasted. The problem is, it just don’t last long enough because you can’t eat just one and save the rest for later! The bright side is, Dan’s beef sticks and beef jerky is also the best I’ve ever had and it’s available year around!
